Fifty years of second chances in the
Rio Grande Valley
In 2018, we made a promise: save every animal that can be saved. That meant rebuilding everything, from how we run intake, to how we partner with rescues across the country, to how we help people keep the pets they already love.
Today PVAS operates two centers in Edinburg, runs a public spay & neuter clinic, and ships thousands of pets each year to our partner shelters.
