Palm Valley Animal Society (PVAS) operates two facilities in Edinburg, TX: PVAS Trenton Center and PVAS Andrews Center. PVAS provides municipal intake, shelter, and placement services for the citizens of Edinburg, City of Hidalgo, Hidalgo County, McAllen, and Palmhurst, more than 550,000 people and more than 15,000 animals each year.
