LOST A PET
Losing a pet is a traumatic experience! The best way to find your pet, however, is to act quickly. If your pet was lost in or near our service area…
Visit our Trenton Center Facility to look for your pet in-person. More than 25,000 animals pass through our doors each year, so it’s important to visit regularly if your pet is missing. We’re open 11 a.m. - 7 p.m., 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Watch our Facebook Page - we regularly post lost & found animals there.
WHAT YOU NEED TO RECLAIM YOUR PET
Current government-issued photo identification with your name and address
Current vaccination or licensing records
Pictures of your pet
Proof of ownership (adoption papers, bill of sale, city license)
NOTE: Due to the high number of animals that enter our facilities every day our staff will not be able to find your lost pet over the phone or by email or Facebook message.
Try Finding Rover!
PVAS has partnered with findingrover.com. This software uses facial recognition technology to show you possible matches from across the country that may be your lost pet.
